As per reports, a freight train derailment near West Ealing, west London, is disrupting train services between Reading and London Paddington as of 1020 hours local time on Friday (05 April).

• The disruption impacts both Elizabeth Line and Heathrow Express services, with Great Western Railway (GWR) announcing cancellations, delays, and revisions to train services between Reading and London Paddington until at least 1200 hours local time on Friday (05 April).
• Affected passengers can use their Great Western Railway rail tickets to travel on the London Underground between Paddington and Waterloo until further notice.
• The Heathrow Express is running at least one less service per hour with a reduced timetable in place until the end of the day.
• London Underground is accepting tickets for affected Elizabeth Line passengers to Heathrow Airport/Paddington and Reading.
