As per a notification issued by the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to visit Kolkata on Wednesday (06 March) to inaugurate Kolkata Metro’s Howrah Maidan- Esplanade Metro section, Kavi Subhash- Hemanta Mukhopadhyay Metro section, and the Taratala- Majerhat Metro section (part of Joka- Esplanade line).
