As per reports, at approximately 1700 hours of Thursday (29 February), a vehicle lost control and collided with seven other vehicles in a busy traffic junction at Yeonsinnae Road in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul. Police stated that the vehicle was travelling at a high speed when it lost control, with 14 persons including the driver of the colliding vehicle sustaining injuries. An investigation into the incident has been launched.
