As per the Delhi Traffic Police, a traffic advisory has been issued for the Republic Day parade rehearsals at the Kartavyapath from Saturday (13 January) to Tuesday (16 January). The advisory states the following:

• Movement on Kartavyapath-Rafi Marg Crossing, Kartavyapath-Janpath Crossing, Kartavyapath-Mansingh Road Crossing and Kartavyapath-C-Hexagon will be restricted from 0700 hours to 1200 hours.
• Kartavyapath from Vijay Chowk to India Gate will also be closed for vehicular movement.
• Traffic congestion is expected on Man Singh Road, Janpath, Maulana Azad Road, Rail Bhawan Roundabout (R/A), Dr. Rajendra Prasad Road, Windsor Place R/A, Sunheri Masjid R/A, Rafi Marg, MLNP R/A, Q Point, C-Hexagon, Jaswanr Singh R/A, and Ashoka Road.
• After rehearsals, vehicles involved in the parade will use Sardar Patel Marg and Dhaula Kuan to exit, hence, traffic congestion is expected on Akbar Road, Tuglak Road R/A, Bhinder Point, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Road, Gole Methi R/A, SPM, GKP R/A, RTMH, Teen Murti Marg and nearby areas.
