Four Chinese military aircraft detected in Taiwan airspace between Sunday-Monday (30-31 August)

Taiwan’s Ministry of National Defense (MND) stated via its official X account that between 0600 hours (local time) of Sunday (30 August) to 0600 hours (local time) of Monday (31 August), four Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA) aircraft were detected around Taiwan, three of which crossed the median line and entered the northern airspace of Taiwan.

The further announced other intrusions in the sea and airspace surrounding Taiwan Strait, stating that a total of four Chinese military aircraft, six Chinese warships, and four Chinese government vessels were detected, continuing to operate around Taiwan Strait.
