The Indonesian Agency for Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics (BMKG) reported a 5.1 magnitude earthquake approximately 83 kilometers southwest of Labuha, North Maluku, at 1508 hours (local time) on Saturday (29 August).
The earthquake occurred at a depth of 12 kilometers.
