As per reports, tram lines 03 and 04 is scheduled to return to their regular routes along Špitálska Street from Saturday (29 August), following the summer closure. They are expected to again serve the rebuilt Centrum tram stop near the Prior department store and Tesco.
• Tram line 01 is expected to remain diverted away from SNP Square while renovation work continues on the Živé námestie (Living Square) project. It is expected to instead use the tram tunnel beneath Bratislava Castle and continue along the Danube embankment to Šafárikovo Square before returning toward the main railway station.
• From Tuesday (01 September), Bratislava’s public transport operator is expected to restore its standard school-year timetable, increasing service frequency on several routes. Bus 61 to the airport is expected to operate every five minutes during the morning peak and every six minutes in the afternoon hours, while buses 83 and 84 are expected to together provide a three-minute peak service between Dúbravka, Patrónka, the city centre and Petržalka.
