As per reports, Pico y Placa vehicle restrictions are to be implemented in Bogota on Thursday (27 August).
• The restriction for private vehicles is scheduled from 0600 hours local time (1100 hours UTC) to 2100 hours local time (0200 hours UTC on 28 August) and applies to vehicles with license plate numbers ending in 00, 06, 07, 08 and 09.
• Restriction for taxis are scheduled from 0530 hours local time (1030 hours UTC) to 2100 hours local time (0200 hours UTC on 28 August) and applies to vehicles with license plate numbers ending in 05 and 06.
