As per reports, Prince George City Council is scheduled to hold a public hearing on Monday (17 August) regarding a proposed bylaw to remove a restrictive covenant applying to the property at 824 La Salle Avenue, Prince George, British Columbia, Canada.
• Reports indicate that the existing covenant limits building height to 10 metres or two and a half storeys, restricts housing density to 65 units per hectare and requires a Victorian architectural style.
• The proposed removal would allow the property to be developed in accordance with its existing RM4: Multiple Residential zoning, subject to applicable planning requirements.
• Residents may submit written comments by noon on Monday (17 August) or register to speak during the hearing, which is scheduled to begin at 1900 hours local time (0200 hours UTC) on Monday (17 August).
