As per reports, Mexico City is expected to experience intermittent rainfall and isolated thunderstorms throughout Thursday (30 July), with the highest likelihood during the afternoon and evening.
• According to the National Meteorological Service (SMN), low-pressure troughs and atmospheric instability are expected to promote cloud development over the Valley of Mexico, resulting in rainfall of between five millimetres and 25 millimetres.
• Winds of 10 kilometres per hour to 20 kilometres per hour, with gusts of 30 kilometres per hour to 50 kilometres per hour, are also forecast. The weather conditions may result in localized flooding in areas with poor drainage, reduced visibility, and minor disruptions from falling branches or unsecured objects during thunderstorms.
