The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) has issued a weather forecast at 0400 hours (local time) on Sunday (26 July). The Southwest Monsoon is affecting Luzon and the western section of Visayas.
• Pangasinan and Zambales are expected to experience occasional rainfall due to the Southwest Monsoon. Moderate to heavy rainfall may result in flash floods or landslides.
• Metro Manila, the rest of Luzon, Aklan and Antique are expected to experience cloudy skies with scattered rainfall and thunderstorms due to the Southwest Monsoon. Moderate to at times heavy rainfall may result in flash floods or landslides.
• The rest of the country is expected to experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainfall or thunderstorms due to localised thunderstorms. Severe thunderstorms may result in flash floods or landslides.
