As per reports, the Astrakhan authorities cancelled the traffic, stopping and parking restrictions previously announced in Astrakhan, Russia, for Sunday (27 July) following the cancellation of local Navy Day events.

• Reports indicate that the road closures had initially been scheduled from 0500 hours local time (0100 hours UTC) to 1400 hours local time (1000 hours UTC) on Sunday (27 July).
• The cancelled restrictions covered Governor Anatoly Guzhvin Avenue between Kostina Street and Anatoly Sergeev Street, and Anatoly Sergeev Street between Governor Anatoly Guzhvin Avenue and the end of the Kosa quarter.
• The measures also covered the passage between Kremlevskaya Street and the Winter Sports Centre, Lieutenant Schmidt Street between Kremlevskaya Street and Petrovskaya Embankment, and Enzeliyskaya Street between Anatoly Sergeev Street and Petrovskaya Embankment.
• A stopping and parking ban scheduled from 2000 hours local time (1600 hours UTC) on Saturday (26 July) to 0500 hours local time (0100 hours UTC) on Sunday (27 July) was also cancelled.
