As per reports, Rowe Creek Complex Fire has expanded to a combined 126,978 acres across Wheeler, Wasco, and Crook counties in north-central Oregon as of the afternoon of Sunday (19 July). The complex comprises multiple fires, several of which have merged into the Crosswhite Fire, now covering approximately 113,046 acres. The Camel Hump, Deep Canyon, and Parrish fires remain separate within the complex. The overall complex remains zero percent contained.

• The fires reportedly began on 15 July following lightning strikes and subsequently spread through grass, trees, and other vegetation. Level 01, Level 02, and Level 03 (“Go Now”) evacuation notices are in effect for affected communities in Wheeler County, with residents advised to follow official evacuation updates and instructions.
• Oregon Governor Tina Kotek invoked the Conflagration Act on 17 July, enabling additional statewide firefighting resources to support suppression operations. Continued hot and dry conditions are expected to challenge firefighting efforts and could contribute to further fire spread.
