Power supply disruptions scheduled across multiple municipalities across Montenegro on Thursday (16 July)

As per reports, Montenegrin Electricity Distribution System (CEDIS) has announced scheduled electricity supply interruptions across multiple municipalities on Thursday (16 July) to facilitate planned maintenance and network upgrade works aimed at improving the reliability and safety of the electricity network.

• The planned disruption is expected to affect numerous residential and commercial areas in Podgorica, Tuzi, Danilovgrad, Cetinje, Bar, Ulcinj, Kotor, Berane, Rožaje, Plav, Petnjica, Andrijevica, Bijelo Polje, Kolašin, Mojkovac, Žabljak, Šavnik, Pljevlja and Nikšić, with interruptions scheduled between 0730 hours local time (0530 hours UTC) and 1800 hours local time (1600 hours UTC), depending on the locality.
• Authorities stated that the works include maintenance of distribution infrastructure and network improvements. If adverse weather conditions occur, the scheduled works and associated outages may be postponed.
