As per reports, temporary fuel purchase restrictions have been implemented at selected fuel stations across Sochi on Monday (13 July). The measures affect multiple fuel stations throughout the city, with authorities confirming that 50 fuel stations are currently operational.

• Reports indicate 30 fuel stations have introduced temporary restrictions whereby petrol and diesel fuel are dispensed only directly into vehicle fuel tanks, with purchase limits of up to 30 liters per vehicle, while some operators have reduced the limit to 20 liters per vehicle.
• Authorities stated that AI-100, AI-95, AI-92 petrol, diesel fuel and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) remain available across the city. However, several fuel stations are temporarily suspending fuel sales, while others are undergoing scheduled maintenance.
• City officials stated that the temporary restrictions have been introduced to comply with security and safety requirements. Fuel stations may temporarily suspend customer service during air raid alerts and are expected to resume operations after the alert is lifted and the mandatory safety waiting period has concluded.
