As per reports, Romanian airline DAN AIR is scheduled to launch direct passenger flights between Bucharest and Tbilisi on Saturday (04 July).

• The service is expected to operate twice weekly on Tuesdays and Saturdays until 24 October under the summer flight schedule.
• Reports indicate that the first departure from Tbilisi is scheduled at 0930 hours local time (0530 hours UTC), with arrival in Bucharest at 1105 hours local time (0805 hours UTC). The travel time is approximately 2 hours and 35 minutes.
• The new route is expected to enhance direct air connectivity between Georgia and Romania during the summer travel season.
