The China Meteorological Administration (CMA) has issued a geological disaster meteorological risk warning for parts of China on Friday (12 June).

• Parts of western and southern Yunnan and southeastern Tibet are expected to face a relatively high meteorological risk of geological disasters under a yellow alert.
• The warning indicates an elevated likelihood of weather-related geological hazards across vulnerable areas within the affected regions.
