As per reports, dozens of buses and trolleybuses are scheduled to be rerouted in St. Petersburg due to the Victory Day road closures on Saturday (09 May).
• The changes will affect bus routes #2, 3, 7, 8, 10, 15, 22, 24, 26, 27, 46, 49, 54, 58, 65, 74, 76, 105, 132, 141, 181, 191, 253, 290; trolleybuses #1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17, 22, 42 and tram #3.
• Komtrans also announced that a special regime would be introduced for public transport in the Northern Capital from Friday (08 May) to Monday (11 May). City ground transportation will operate on a Sunday schedule, and the metro will alternate between weekend and weekday schedules.
• Most routes will be temporarily rerouted, but trolleybus route #5 will be closed on Saturday (09 May). Tram #3 will only operate to and from Sennaya Square.
• The central event of Victory Day on Saturday (09 May) will be the traditional parade on Palace Square, beginning at 1000 hours local time (0700 hours UTC). A motor rally featuring veterans of the Great Patriotic War is schedule to take place immediately following the Victory Parade on Nevsky Prospekt.
