As per reports, authorities have announced traffic restrictions in parts of St. Petersburg from Thursday (16 April) to Saturday (18 April).

• Exits connecting the inner ring of the Ring Road to Vyborg Highway are scheduled to be fully closed from 2200 hours local time (1900 hours UTC) on Thursday (16 April) to 0600 hours local time (0300 hours UTC) on Saturday (18 April).
• The closure is necessary to facilitate road infrastructure upgrades, specifically the installation of noise barriers along this stretch.
• A U-turn loop located at the 17th kilometre of the Ring Road is scheduled as a reroute part during the closure.
