As per reports, as of 1200 hours local time (1100 hours UTC) on Tuesday (14 April), there is no rail service between Wandsworth Road and Clapham Junction on the Windrush Line due to a fire alert.

• According to Transport for London (TfL), emergency response teams are currently addressing the situation. However, service on the remainder of the Windrush line continues to operate normally.
• Reports indicate that passengers traveling between Clapham Junction and Wandsworth Road are advised to use alternative transport options.
• These include bus routes 87 and 77, with estimated journey times of 10 minutes to 15 minutes. Walking for approximately 30 minutes and cycling, which is anticipated to be under 10 minutes, are also viable alternatives due to the proximity of the stations.
