As per reports, a hoax bomb threat has been reported at the Malkangiri District Court in Odisha on Monday (13 April) after a threatening email indicating a possible explosion at the court was received, prompting an immediate security response.

• A threatening email indicating a possible explosion was received, as a result of which the court premises were evacuated, and police teams along with a bomb disposal squad and fire brigade personnel, were deployed to conduct a thorough search.
• A detailed inspection of the premises was carried out, with no suspicious objects or explosives detected, while authorities have initiated an investigation into the source of the email threat.
