The New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA) has scheduled vegetation removal works on State Highway 87 (SH87) between Clarks Junction and Shannon on Thursday (09 April).
• Traffic management measures will be in place between 0600 hours (local time) and 1900 hours (local time).
• Stop/Go traffic control will be implemented along the affected stretch, resulting in intermittent halts to vehicle movement.
• A temporary speed restriction of 30 kilometres per hour will be enforced in the work zone. No detour routes have been designated, and all traffic will pass through the controlled section.
