As per reports, on Tuesday (07 April), Moldovan authorities issued a Yellow Code warning for strong winds and atmospheric instability affecting the entire country, including key cities such as Chisinau, Balti, Ungheni, Cahul, and Comrat.

• The warning is in effect from 1000 hours local time (0700 hours UTC) on Tuesday (07 April) until 2000 hours local time (1700 hours UTC) on Wednesday (08 April).
• Forecasts indicate northwesterly winds with gusts reaching 15–20 m/s (approximately 54–72 km/h), with variable weather conditions and intermittent instability.
• These conditions are expected to impact both urban and rural areas, increasing the risk of falling debris, transport disruptions, and localized infrastructure strain.
• Authorities have issued safety advisories urging residents to exercise caution during this period.
