As per reports, a buried pipe at a sewer construction site in Osaka suddenly rose and has resulted in the closure of the elevated section of the National Route 423 and neighboring roads since Wednesday (11 March). The incident took place beneath the National Route 423 at around 0650 hours (local time) on Wednesday (11 March) and has resulted in traffic congestion.
