Description:

As per reports, train services across the c2c rail network are currently experiencing significant delays, cancellations, and service revisions following an earlier incident involving a broken down engineering train between West Ham High Level and Barking on Wednesday (11 June).

• Although the affected train has now been cleared and the line reopened, residual disruption remains across the network.
• According to c2c’s latest service update, disruption is expected to continue until at least 0900 hours (local time) on Wednesday (11 June).
• Services to Fenchurch Street have been cancelled for the morning period on Wednesday (11 June), and Greater Anglia is currently facilitating the movement of affected passengers between Southend and Liverpool Street to mitigate congestion.
• As a result of the disruption, at least six services operating between South Essex and London have already been cancelled. Passengers affected by delays exceeding 15 minutes are being advised to apply for compensation.
