Description:

As per reports, a collision between a car traveling the wrong way and another car occurred near the Enasan Tunnel on the Chuo Expressway, during the afternoon on Wednesday (11 June), in Japan.

• Since 1300 hours, the outbound lane of the Chuo Expressway between the Nakatsugawa Interchange in Gifu Prefecture and the Iida Yamamoto Interchange in Nagano Prefecture, has been closed.

Impact:

Traffic congestion and delays can be expected near the accident site on the Chuo Expressway as long as the clearance efforts are underway. It is advised to plan travel while accounting for delays and to use alternate routes.
