Description:
As per reports, intense security deployment has been reported around all polling centers of the Sohag governorate of Egypt to secure parliamentary elections, scheduled to take place on Wednesday (03 December) and Thursday (04 December).
The security measures are in compliance with directives from the Minister of Interior and Director of Security of Sohag.
• Security forces and rapid intervention groups have been deployed in all centers and departments, along with traffic support services on the roads leading to the electoral headquarters
• Reportedly, the leaders of the Security Directorate are also conducting inspection tours to monitor the implementation of the security plan.
