As per reports, on Sunday (07 December), a grand marathon competition has been organized in the North-West Lok Sabha constituency, as part of the MP Krida Mahotsav initiative.
• The marathon will commence at 0600 hours (local time) on Sunday (07 December) from Aarey Check Naka, Goregaon East.
• Three race categories have been announced: 02 kilometers (km), 05 km, and 10 km. More than 2000 individuals are expected to participate in this event.
• The designated route for all categories is Aarey Check Naka – Birsa Munda Chowk – Aarey Check Naka.
Impact:
Movement of vehicles along internal roads near Aarey Check Naka and adjoining areas may remain slow during the early morning period due to crowd gathering and marathon arrangements. Minor congestion and localised transport delays can be anticipated during the affected period.
