Description:
According to reports, three demonstrations from three labor union groups were to be held in Central Jakarta on Wednesday (03 December).
• There is a demonstration by the leadership of the Jakarta branch of the Various Industries Workers Union of the Indonesian Metal Workers Federation and several mass elements in the Gambir area.
• The second demonstration will be held by the Jabodetabek Regional Independent Workers Union Federation on Jalan Jenderal Sudirman.
• The third demonstration is to be carried out by the Regional Leadership Council of the Confederation of All Indonesian Trade Unions in Jakarta on Jalan AM Sangadji 15B, Petojo Utara.
• Around 2,365 police personnel were deployed to guard the three demonstration points. Traffic engineering will be carried out situationally based on the escalation in the number of people on the ground.
